Giles is a qualified teacher of photography with 15 years’ experience. During this time he has run photographic courses, one day workshops and undergraduate photography diplomas. His speciality is teaching his subject in the field and runs photographic workshops in the beautiful landscapes of Hampshire and Dorset. He has also run a range of overseas photographic courses; one of his most enjoyable and memorable experiences was running a workshop at midnight in the High Atlas Mountains in Morocco. He believes that learning photography should be an adventure.
Giles is currently running one day landscape/documentary photography workshops in Hampshire and Dorset. These courses are conducted in small groups and will be tailored very much to the requirements of the clients. There are both beginners and intermediate courses available.
If you are interested in private one-to-one tuition, Giles can offer this at £40 per hour.
What is the cost?
£80 per person for a day course. (minimum of 4 people)
Will I need my own equipment?
You will need to bring your own photographic equipment (including a tripod). There will be back up cameras available in case there is a problem with yours.
What will I learn?

How long is the day?
Start at 9.30am and finish around 4pm. In the summer time, landscape specific courses may run from 4pm until 9.00pm to ensure the best quality of light, particularly for capturing stunning sunset seascapes.
